I like the Montreal steak seasoning, the dry one.  But I will try that one.

I don't use much as it will start to over take the flavor of the beef.

It makes a fantastic crust on the sear too.
 

I have small charcoal grill that I do burgers and dogs

Did some burgers tonight

For steaks I do pan fry … basting with butter … finish in the over

But when I get serious about it

I use my electric digital smoker

It’s made for stoners that like to grill

and have a lot of time on their hands

A small kettle grill like a Weber 22" is the ultimate hamburger cooking machine.

I cooked 50 1/3 lb handmade burgers for the 4th a few years ago on a single chimney of coals on one with four separate loads. I didn't even want one when I was done. Lol

For some reason a charcoal kettle just makes the best burgers.
