It will be interesting to see which group of media lawyers get it right. It may take an appeal to right this wrong if convicted.
The Fox lawyer line up are pretty impressive, I have to admit they have had my ear for some time when it comes to actual textbook lawfare.
I do also listen to other channels lawyers but they always seem to fall short on the details.

It's a Manhattan jury and the judge is going to give jury instructions that benefit the prosecution. there's no way I see him walking from this.

The instructions Merchan is expected to give the jury are along the lines of "as long as you think the bad Orange Man did something bad, then just a nod will do" and pretty much gives them the right to agree to disagree about what Trump did ( or didn't do) and find him guilty anyway.
The fix was in on this thing from the get go. It a kangaroo court through and through... just like with the E.Jean Carrol thing.
Hell, it's why Alvin was given the job in the first place.
The "press conference" across the street from the court house today was meant to ensure chaos if Trump walks... and was a subtle message to the jury to not allow that to happen.

The Kameltoe had some kind of dog and pony hate Trump show **** across the street from the trial this afternoon and had a string of Trump haters come to the mike to talk about how bad the Bad Orange Man is.
It sounded a lot to me like they were telling the jury to convict or there was gonna be trouble... just like with the Chauvin trial.

Can't. Damn trial should have never happened and since it did go this far, odds are nobody wins and corruption goes on as designed by intellectual minds lording over their own species from within their ancestral lineage equally occupying space as any reproduction native to this atmosphere living today.
