That  act from Haley on @Buck Naked 's thread didn't surprise me. I think that is what is sad. The fact that we have a leader who would proudly write "finish them" on a bomb heading toward children isn't surprising. It should be surprising, sad, and disgusting for all Americans...but it isn't. It's par for the course, I guess. 

I am perplexed how half the country doesn't see that Israel's response is genocide. When 9/11 hit, we retaliated. We didn't go over and wipe out every **** man, woman, child, and dog over there. Some will say "But they are dropping leaflets to warn the civilians 24 hours in advance." Oh...okay. That doesn't change the fact that they are still continuing genocide...I guess as long as the genocide is being done in a nice and kind fashion, then it's okay. Silly me. 


If on some rare chance that America would like to repent and start walking on the road toward a more peaceful and moral country, then the first step is to cut off Israel. Even go over and put a stop to their **** with our own military if need be.

I liken the Israel response to what is said about the ancient Roman Empire. If someone messed with just one Roman citizen, the Roman army came down so hard and complete those people would never mess with another Roman...assuming the country wasn't completely conquered. Today, it's all about a "proportionate response". Where has that gotten us. Maybe it's time for the "disproportionate response" to come back in fashion.

Serving Israel is the primary function of almost every politician and everyone working for the government. The biggest political donors are all jews. The most powerful lobbies are jewish lobbies. The us form of government is based on money and political donations...nothing else really matters.

The only way the usa would consider stepping away from Israel is if diaspora jews calculate that supporting Israel might be bad for the diaspora, because it fosters anti semitism.

On the other hand, the more antisemitism there is the more necessary israel becomes, in case jews have to run away somewhere.

so I would say no, the only way it would be possible is if either 1) us politics stops depending on money (which would require a French revolution style complete overhaul of the country complete with all the elite beheaded ) or 2) jews are removed from their position of dominance over finance and media/education (requiring a similar sort of revolution)

They are not discriminating against what buildings to hit. If their intel says Hamas is hiding in a public structure, then they bomb it regardless if there are civilians in it.

Imagine how easy it would be to claim land from other people if all you had to do was drop leaflets 24 hours before blowing everything to Kingdom Come...!!
