I was in Austria a few years ago. Graz. Nice clean town,
Looked at it on the google a couple months ago.
Graffiti is starting to cloud the ambience there now too.

There is little of that in the village I am in. I have not been to el centro yet, though I intend to go. Florianopolis - locally shortened to Floripa - has a metro population around a half million, so I won't be surprised if there is SOME silliness. And "racism" is outlawed - but never defined - by the new Brazilian Constitution. So that bodes very ill, very ill indeed. Having crimes outlawed at that level but defined at another level creates the possibility of all SORTS of mischief.
