not in usa. usa is a vindictive nation. this is why usa leads the world in people in prisons. usa is made up of shallow people. unable to forgive. must take vengeance. must seek out all law breakers. even if the crime was not intentional. must judge on everything. believe usa is above being judged. and how long has usa been at war? and how much longer will usa be at war? until national bankruptcy. the usa depression comes. only then will the prison gates open.

In America you do the crime and are a criminal you pay for it.

YOU ARE TRAPPED BY THE GOVERNMENT. look at the tax codes. piles of regulation. impossible not to make some error. then, in jump's the law. if the government dislikes you.  usa has mountains of laws. this give government control on who to lock up.
