The Presidential contest is a Federal election... not a State or Local contest.
SCOTUS will toss it just like they did when Colorado and Maine tried to keep him off the primary ticket.

I don't know. I DO know the decision was unanimous. It seems unlikely, but it is POSSIBLE the SCOTUS knows more about this than I do.
