No...he doesn't. People who have never been convicted of a federal crime can be pardon after being charged.  For that matter, they can be pardoned without being formally charged.

I won't play your distortions of life anymore. I gave up minding humanity in 1982 and compromised my time away until 2006 with people ignoring the self evident way evolving works in plain sight.

Now I stand my unique time evolving as genetics eternally separates my sole existence now. I choose to work civilly within technology that allows me to communicate with each ancestral brain adapting as their unique time staying alive each rotation they experienced since their conception.

I don't belong to humanity and I don't own anyone else's time left adapting here now. I share my instinctive awareness not demand people pay me to believe life isn't self evident.

I won't refuse a reward like a Nobel Peace prize of a million dollars either. But I want to earn it first.

I'd love to see a jail sentence...and think it entirely appropriate...

But Marchan may want to reduce any friction a jail sentence might contribute to the appeals process. The next strike, Grifty's off to jail, and there are about 50 to be adjudicated.

And Marchan STILL gets the satisfaction of monitoring Grifty's probation.
