There are SO MANY ILLEGAL and UN-ethical issues here:

1.  The NY District Attorney (Alvin Bragg) DID NOT admit that WHAT the ultimate charges were going to be until the LAST DAY of the trial (turns out it was Election Fraud)... DA Bragg IS NOT able to bring, nor prosecute Federal Law, which is what Election Fraud is under !

2.  The The NY District Attorney (Bragg) ultimately tried to convict Trump of election Law violations (which HE was not authorized to prosecute)... but, HE (Bragg) himself did it anyway... by NOT declaring the ultimate charges until the last day... AND THEN, the Judge did NOT PERMIT any additional questioning...  THIS case was, brought to INFLUENCE the upcoming Presidential election PLAIN & SIMPLE... the value of which, by using the Federal Government to bankroll, was ILLEGAL and UN-ethical... on a DOZEN different levels !!

3)  They vilified  the use of an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)... and, out of wedlock SEX... NEITHER of which is illegal... THEN, claimed that THOSE were a violation of election law... WHICH, because it was a Federal issue... THEY were not authorized to Prosecute in the FIRST place !

4)  They used a CONVICTED PURGER  (Michael Cohen), and a WHORE,  as their "Star witnesses" !!

5)  The Judges final instructions to the jurors... basically IGNORED all the SEEDY, ILLEGAL, and UNETHICAL elements of the trial, and instructed the jurors to find Donald Trump GUILTY !!

6)  The STUPID NY Jurors found him guilty?

So, why COULD this WELL bite Joe Biden, and the entire Democrat Party... SOONER rather than later ?  BECAUSE:

a)  Trump COULD appeal the case IMMEDIATELY... requesting an EMERGENCY ruling... to the Higher level Federal Courts, as well as the Supreme Court... and the COURTS COULD make an emergency ruling because of the EGREGIOUS ABUSE of Justice... that this case WAS, and IS... and make a RULING BEFORE the election !! and..

b)  Trump COULD STILL win the election... MOST people have ALREADY accepted this result as a TOTAL possibility... and have ALREADY decided to vote for Trump... 60+% last I saw... AND, IF Trump is elected... look for him, and HIS Justice dept.,  to:

-  GUT the Weaponized elements of THIS Government,
-  Investigate all involved, and
-  Either FIRE, and/or send ALL the SOB's involved to JAIL !!

One way or another, this is going to be a STAIN on Democrats for DECADES to come... this and all the other ABUSES of Government over the last few years... make Watergate look like the little league !! 

There WILL be HELL to PAY... and I think America has HAD ENOUGH !!

Do you REALLY think this is NOT going to be appealed?  IT WILL BE !  ...and there is a VERY, VERY good chance that it will be overturned when it is !  The judge acted improperly in a NUMBER of instances... that LED the jury to MAKE a conviction... So, expect the Federal Courts to weigh in... NOT TO MENTION the Supreme Court !!!

It seems to me that the Democrats are DESPERATE, and are GRASPING at straws... because Biden Joe looked like he was losing everywhere (all the polls) recently... BUT, I DON'T think the conviction is EVEN going to matter in the end...  because I'm seeing that, the polls are BETTER for Trump today, than they were BEFORE the verdict... The PEOPLE are NOT changing their minds (or Votes), and I think the conviction has made MOST people even ANGRIER, and MORE determined to vote for Trump !!  ...AND, If I'm right... I think people are going to start FLOODING Republican campaigns with $$$ VERY soon ALSO!

I know I'VE decided to send Trump a check! ...and It will be in the mail tomorrow!

SO, Lets keep an eye on BOTH of those metrics.. and THEN, IF the conviction is over turned... EVEN BETTER !!

Grifty was convicted on 34 felony counts of Falsification, a class E felony in the State of NY.

In 2018 Cohen pleaded guilty to violations of federal election law, stipulating in his plea that he did it for Grifty.

This was one of 3 step up conditions considered by the jury, which gave them the discretion to make the 34 offenses felonies...

I'm not an expert... but I'm hearing they may skip the intermediate courts, and go straight to the Appellate court of Appeals, and ask for an Emergency ruling (BEFORE the Election AND Sentencing... within a month or two)... which because of the Presidential election they might get... and ask the Supreme Court to Rule on the issue also. 

I don't see how they can refuse... when the very fabric of our Judicial system is being subverted and attacked... for PURE POLITICS !!

There are DOZENS of Legal experts, MANY of them Democrats... who agree that this case as an ABOMINATION... that the case WAS NOT Proven... and that there were MULTIPLE misapplication of law, and misleading of the Jurors !!
