i did invest in reverse asset mortgages. there were farmers who need money. had pent up value in their farm lands. they did not want to take loans on land nor home, and make payments. so we gave them a reverse mortgage on their agriculture land. they got money each month. used their land. no loan on home. whey they passed away we got the farm land. a win-win. we also did reverse mortgages on forest and and other lands with pent up asset values. did no home asset reverse mortgage. stock market is a gamble.
NVDA is close to topping (this time, finally) but other than buying during the height of the dot-com bubble and housing bubble, it was hardly a "gamble."
Or just buy shares in stocks like Apple / BRK.B / Amzn / Google / etc.
It's really not that difficult - although I will say this little honeymoon era (2008 - 2024) where stonks only went up is coming to an end.
