I would suggest that, given Ashley's age and the fact that she never filed a complaint against her father, the statute of limitations issue probably makes the issue moot.

2.  And I certainly would prefer two younger, more vigorous options for president. I can face the fact that we are not going to have that kind of a choice in 2024.   If the choices were Joe Biden versus, say, Larry Hogan, former republican governor of Maryland, I would vote for Hogan.  I will not vote for Trump.  

3.  NO president handles the job of being president by himself.  I happen to approve of the cabinet Joe has helping him, and I did not approve of the one that Trump had before.
