.....and the money is gone.

Now, i realize it was only $1.2 Trillion and it takes a lot of dough to print regulations and publish guidelines for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness requirements, but couldn't they actually build at least one with the money?

The money went to the same place that all the money for the offshore wind farms off the coast went to.
