Putin's condition for peace is:
Putin was correct to invade Ukraine. If Ukraine joins NATO, then Russia doesn't have one enemy at their border. They have all of the NATO countries on their border, including the US. That's just how it works. I don't understand why lefties have such a hard time with that concept. Personally. I think Putin is being too nice. He should also add on the stipulation of having Zelenskyy handed over to him. Zelensky wants a complete withdraw because he doesn't trust Putin. Well, Putin doesn't trust NATO nor most of the 78 countries involved at the summit. Nor should he.
It's unlikely that any agreement will be reached anyway.
