That reliable government data:

I included the caveat “FBI Says” in the chart headline because the agency’s crime statistics haven’t been super reliable lately. One issue has been a new crime-reporting system that many local law enforcement agencies took years to switch over to, although most have by now. Another is the lack of quality control apparent whenever one digs into the FBI’s data for individual police departments (and finds obviously incorrect information), which makes it hard to take the national numbers too seriously

The other thing is how much does the President control concerning state and local crime rates?  That is a matter of state and local laws, policies, policing, DA's, etc.  

A US Secret Service member fired their gun while being robbed at gunpoint Saturday night during President Joe Biden’s trip to California for a Hollywood fundraiser.

The Secret Service member was returning from a work assignment in Tustin, California, and “discharged their service weapon during the incident,” USSS spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi said in a statement. It is unknown if the Secret Service member hit the suspect, he added.

Good Samaritans beat, tied up Ecuadorean migrant busted in rape of 13-year-old girl at Kissena Park

A 25-year-old Ecuadorean migrant wanted for the brutal sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl at a Queens park was nabbed after good Samaritans smacked him around and tied him up with a belt.

“I seen him a few times — he comes to this store to buy stuff,” Jeffrey Flores, who pounced on the creep. “I waited for him. I waited the whole day to see if he would come up. He came at night.

“He came in, we went to buy something,” Flores, 24, told The Post. “I saw what he was trying to do, he looked back at me. I waited for him to come out the store and dragged him to the floor. A couple people helped me.”

ALL you have to do is look at what Donald Trump did during his 4 years... DESPITE FBI. DOJ, and Democrat Party Investigation, Election Interference, Obstruction, and LIES... (Oil independence, Controlled Southern Border, Defeated ISIS, NO major wars, Got NATO to step up to responsibilities, Ended China's Abuse of trade, Renegotiated NAFTA, and SO MUCH MORE...

AND what Joe Biden did in his 4 years...  OUT of Control Southern Border, OUT of Control Inflation, WARS and THREATS of wars EVERYWHERE, WAY HIGH gas prices, LIES, INCOMPETENCE and CORRUPTION...

In the end... I think it will be a BLOWOUT win for Trumps... and NOT EBEN the CORRUPT Democrat Party apparatus will be able to STEAL it !!

Alleged El Salvador gang member charged in rape, killing of Maryland mom Rachel Morin crossed the border illegally at least three times in two months — before eluding agents on 4th try

The suspected Salvadoran gang member accused of raping and killing a Maryland mom illegally snuck into the US three times in two months and was booted — before apparently eluding agents on his fourth try.

Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, 23, first illegally crossed the southern border near El Paso, Texas, in January 2023, a second time that same month in New Mexico and then again in New Mexico in February 2023, Department of Homeland Security sources told The Post on Monday.

After each of the three illegal US crossings, he was nabbed by border agents and kicked out of the country, according to scant records in his case.

He can't do anything about a specific crime, or even policies at the local level as mentioned earlier.  But his national policies, like with illegals, do.  As we see with those two crimes as well as the one a few weeks in Ga.
