Here is my stand.  Biden should have resigned, at a minimum, at least a year, before he dropped out of the race. Or fac3d the 25th.  He was not mentally stable or cognizant to hold that position.  Based on his speeches, off the cuff remarks, the number of times he fell, his gait, and most importantly, the interviews by MSM his staff would not allow him to do.

Over the last few years I have also come to believe you are truly a person who is or less than avg intelligence because you have believed idiots lik KjP.
