Recently China and Russia signed similar agreements.
Russia and China have had similar talks with Iran, but no formal agreements.

Shells from NK are duds. NK still uses the MIG-21. Russia is a vassal of China. China is having second thoughts about paying for a pipeline. Vlad needs another mobilization soon. Meat assaults need more mobiks.
