Okay, I looked into it and it IS the same scott ritter. Which kind of shocks me, because I'm pretty sure he's a republican, and GENERALLY when republicans act out sexually it's with boys. But he is that scott ritter - just as donald trump is the guy who macked on naked girls at the miss teen usa pageant, palled around with epstein, and said if his daughter was not his daughter, he would be "dating" her.

Ritter was the head weapons inspector in Iraq back in the day.  He was expected to investigate and bring back news
the regime wanted to hear....   US needs to take military action in Iraq.

There is a very famous heated confrontation between him and Biden in Congress.  Scott denied that Iraq
had WMDs.  He went off the reservation and Biden shat on him during the hearing. 

Scott stood his ground...

He says that at the beginning of the call EVERYONE had to confirm
