I've been telling him for well over a year that Biden wouldn't even be the Democrat nominee.
Question is, did they wait too long?
3 States have laws on the books to prevent a candidate being replaced this late.
Biden owns all the Democrat delegates, they are only released IF he voluntarily steps down.
And his campaign warchest can only transfer to Kamala.
