If it's up to Biden, then no. However, we should know by now that nothing is up to him. It's up to the JWO and the elitist. I don't think the powers that be will allow Biden to continue. He is a great puppet, but they need another puppet that can walk and talk straight. Preferably one that isn't a corpse.
