And if Merchan refuses to DISMISS the verdict, you can bank on it heading to the SCOTUS ASAP as that is a DIRECT violation of their order and interpretation of immunity and what is and isn't usable in ANY prosecution (persecution actually)!! And why to the SCOTUS?? Because it's THEIR ORDER and not some state **** in New York.
