Fact is, BRAGG had a BIG SENTENCING RECOMMENDATION all set to deliver to Merchan and NOW THAT HAS BEEN QUASHED!! He didn't send out a letter like he sent UNLESS he knows that his case has problems LIKELY to be ones that results in NO SENTENCE AND NO CONVICTION!!
