Yes, it is a fact that in 2020 that many jurisdictions reported there crime numbers to the FBI.  No one is disputing that.

It is also a fact that system was to in place in 2021 and a high percentage of jurisdictions were not reporting to it.

Starting in 2021, the FBI mandated that ALL reports be in that format.

The system has become INCREASINGLY reliable since 2021.

Reliability has increased because more jurisdiction are starting to use the NEW system.  But they are not completely reliable.

Read the first sentence.  Do you understand what that is telling you?

I think being preoccupied with blood pressure adds fuel to the fire.      
Years ago I was in a lot of pain due to osteo-arthritis and my so BP at the annual visit was worse than ever. 
I had also been treated for BP for many years with a maintenance dose of Lisinopril.
The more we talked about the BP issue..the worse that the follow up readings got. 
My doctor gave me a tiny piece off of an Alprazolam [Xanax] tablet...just a crumb. We talked for about 10 more minutes, she took another BP reading and it was AOK.
I think this proves that the stress / anxiety that goes along with BP maintenance issues can create a vicious cycle.

My issue isn't it being high.  It was consistently too low.   Low 100s over 50s at times.  I had no motivation and felt tired.  That is another indication that @Blackvegetable   can not put me in meltdown mode.  LOL!

What happened was over the last few years I had a few surgeries and was not able to work out.  Plus I ate GOOD!  Gained 25 tp 30 lbs.  And my medications were based on that.  Last year I lost 10 of them, and this year I have lost 20 lbs.  And radically changed my diet.
