It always comes down to race with dims. How about just choosing the most competent instead of looking at race? This is why the dims are so **** inefficient. They look at skin color instead of talent and competence. Imagine if engineers took that perspective when designing and building a bridge. Instead of looking at math and physics, they adopted a model of diversity to get it done. Unbelievable.
