The one question I have had since he said he did not squeeze the trigger is did that firearm have a hammer block.  If it had one the trigger would have to be squeezed for the round to fire.  If it did not it could fire simply by pulling the hammer back and releasing it if it is an old fashioned revolver.

He probably fanned the trigger spur performing a quick draw and dropped it on the live round... which should have never been in the firearm in the first place.

Baldwin and the armorer are both at fault regardless.

The armorer for not managing her equipment/inventory properly, and Baldwin for not checking the firearm before handling it.

What is even worse was it was supposed to be dummy rounds.  No powder.  I have seen a few videos with movie armorers and a many of them use spent shell casings.  That means the the primer is dimpled, a visual cue for both the armorer and the actor if using a revolver.

My though is if you can't tell the difference you should treat all weapons as loaded with live rounds regardless of what you told.

PLUS...we have the technology to set up close up shots staring right into the barrel of a gun as the actor pulls the trigger...without needing to put anyone in harm's way.
 so what were the qualifications of this so called "armorer" other than she is a FEMALE, DOPE SMOKING LIBERAL/ NEVER TRUMPER PROGRESSIVE...?

All I know if this was you and me, and I, who was a trained Army unit armorer and a Range/Firearm safety instructor, handed you a weapon and said it was loaded, and you shot it and killed someone because you didn't check it you would be in jail

Liberals love their "Training Programs"...so why wasn't this final double check  made Standard Operating Procedure on all movie sets...?
Why shouldn't all Actors who completed the firearms safety training have to carry around documents that need to be scanned and shown to an ON SITE ATF AGENT  each and every time they are handed a gun on a movie set...?

And you would be in civil court by both the family of the person shot and the one doing the shooting. That is the reality of humanity, not the real time evolving now.

So has my Brother in Law.  Hit by a drunk 30 years ago.  He became disabled, in a wheelchair and unable to work.  He won millions.  Problem is the drunk driver did not have insurance.

Sorry about the event, but you swung and missed how evolving isn't represented honestly in any society today. I am going to dox myself here, my sibling was a national media event in 2005.

the local prosecutors told my sibling by the time they are done pressing charges my sibling wouldn't have anything left to care for the adopted children. The adopted children won several million dollars after words in civil court after my siblings conviction was completed. This event caused our mom to die of a broken heart just in time to be buried next to our dad on their wedding anniversary in 2006.

by that black friday I invented an idea to bring down humanity without harming a reproduction alive. that is a civil war simply using power of suggestion that has corrupted every ancestor alive in this atmosphere today.
