The American Neurological Society has reported recent studies that indicate a new malady characterized by the inability of test patients to function normally at all hours of the day, except between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. During those hours the subjects were vigorous, concise, and demonstrated a remarkable ability to solve complex problems. Further trials are under way to discover why the patients cannot walk properly, slur their words, and fail to recognize familiar faces during the rest of the 24 hour cycle.
