How dumb does one have to be to not understand his condition? Just look at him and listen to him. That's all one needs.

I give you maineman and BV.  MM claims Biden has public speaking problem.  It must have just developed over the past few years because he had no issues thru his vice presidency.  And BV? Well, he won't criticize Biden at all.

Just look at the Democrat dunces here like BV, MM, and BCF.
And since the fake news media has been working in concert with the Democrat party purposely trying to hide that condition from their audience, THEY should also pay the price for their own attempts to cover up Biden's condition with a significant drop in their honesty, reliability and in their audience approval.  Now CNN and MSNBC try to acted completely shocked by Biden's rapid descent into complete enfeeblement, even though their reporters knew full well of how rapidly he's been deteriorating over the last 3 years.

The president wasn't stuttering at the debate, or in the presser.  He lost his train of thought, each time saying Anyways, was forgetful, seemed out of it.

To prove I am lying, post all those videos from 2007 thru 2015 where he speaking like he does now.  And you don't to need convince me.  I am never going to vote for him anyway.  If is the donors who are withholding 90 mil from a Superpac, his Hollywood supporters who have influence on dem voters and are huge fund raisers, the politicians in DC who are asking him to step down and finally dem voters.
