This was done hours ago.  It was actually a mistake.  I hit a wrong button and ended up in my drafts.  I couldn't open and went ahead and hit submit just see what was there.

Actually, that is correct.  What you do is change and lie about context.  That is why I no longer answer.  Not without links.  You take partial quotes and lie about them.  One would think you were a member of the press.  They do that all the time.  The Fine People Hoax is a perfect example.

I have less than ten dating back to 2014 right after the first forum crash.  And the reason I have them is accidentally hitting save draft.

Is this how you save all those PARIAL out of context quotes?
