I have One friend with extensive military training and an **** ton of range time when he was in. He uses an old 6mm. He does mostly head and a few neck shots. But the deer don't smell him, they doesn't see him, and they don't see him move. I might be wrong, but every time a deer saw me, heard me, and smelled me, it sure as hell wasn't standing still! If dildo can make that shot, well God Bless him, but that 20 year old kid doesn't have that background. The Club he belonged to had a max 187yrd range. They probably had classes. Now if he spent the last few years of his miserable life at the range 2 hours a day 5-7 days a week after a lot of instruction.....well maybe. Things are fishy.

People will ask "HOW did these Secret Police Bureaus get taken over by the [[[JWO]]]...?
What sort of secret arrangements, oaths to absolute secrecy or death, etc. were needed to get these agencies onboard with [[[JWOAGENDA]]]...?
Hell if  I know, all I DO KNOW is that all signs point to that this is what has happened.

If the SS Director  spotted  ANYONE with a scoped rifle aimed right at HER face there would NOT  be a single moment's worth of hand wringing or indecision on her part to take cover.
This scenario is well rehearsed, it's one of the most basic responses, they had plenty of time to execute this maneuver yet they failed to do it.
If this was Obama in the same exact scenario does anyone here think that this is the way this very easily prevented / defended assassination attempt would have played out...?
Obama's guards would have been ex Green Beret and Seals with bad *** service records.

It's not about corrupting officials. 

It's about corrupting the system WITH officials.

The system was corrupted by placing corrupt people in positions of power - not by corrupting people in positions of power. The latter will always be harder, and who wants to take the hard way (besides Cool Hand Luke)?
