How Trump could have bribed the entire Secret Service, including it's director to take part in such a publicity stunt and keep it a secret

How Trump could have recruited the kid who was obviously a mentally ill Social Justice Warrior Libtard to just kill a few bystanders, but not kill Trump himself and then be OK with getting himself smoked by a SS Sniper.
