There are times he does pretty much what they deem necessary and Trump-haters beat on him for "being the same" as Biden (or whomever).
But the times when he does NOT do what they deem necessary are those unpredictable moments.
His marionette strings aren't tied as tightly as Biden's. Biden would NEVER disobey.

You're wrong about that, the last part, Biden did disobey, he refused to give up the nomination, that's why he got covid again, now they have the perfect exuse to dump him.. even Dr Jill can't stop them now..
