On June 28, the Supreme Court ruled against the Department of Justice in the case of Fischer v. United States. The justices ruled that the government must prove that the 350+ people charged with obstruction of Congress were also tampering with or destroying documents. According to reports, federal prosecutors have begun dropping charges against some of the individuals charged with crimes related to the attempt to stop the certification of the 2020 election.

The Supreme Court limited the scope of a federal obstruction statute used by prosecutors to charge more than 300 defendants involved with the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, including former President Donald Trump.

Also:
1) Fani Willis corruption likely to have the Georgia case thrown out !
2) FBI corruption of Classified Trump files, regarding their staging if files as though were hap-hazardly stored and not protected... when the FBI ADMITTED it was THEY who staged the photographs, and NOT as the files were found.
3) The NYC case that resulted in convictions... BUT, which the Judge was guilty of MULTIPLE abuses of legal process in order to orchestrate a conviction... likely to be thrown out on appeal...
AND the above... It doesn't look good for the CORRUPT, Democrats who have weaponized the Government... and if are successful here.. will USE this power against "We the PEOPLE" !!
