I don't agree with his collapse of free enterprise with capitalism. I see these as two distinct economic models. Neither do I agree with his absolutism around collectivism vs. individualism.
I also question his certitude that it was an economic system, as opposed to new technologies, which unleashed the historic global wave against poverty. It is my belief that new technologies led to more abundance and more people, which led to more brain power and new technologies. It is my belief that these two forces - technological innovation and exponential population growth (a GOOD thin in my cosmology) created a feedback loop which is responsible for the great global recession of extreme poverty and the concomitant rapid growth in global population, much of which has occurred in my lifetime.
But a great deal of what he says is quite refreshing from a head of state, and in general I respect his agenda for his country and the arguments he makes in that agenda's support. I haven't any concern at all that there will be abundant curbs to his enthusiasm in the matter of the more extreme aspects of his fetishization of individualism. We need the pendulum to swing in his direction here in the USA, and they need it even more so in Argentina.
