I'm enjoying a lighter, more summertime friendly, version of the traditional Negroni... called the Contessa.
1 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Cocchi De Torino Extra Dry vermouth
Stir in a mixing glass over ice for about 30 seconds and then strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
