I figure he would be more suited to discuss transportation issues, which is his job.  I guess Garland is going to go on TV and discuss why Boeing planes have parts and pieces falling off.

Or is he grandstanding for the VP job?

Buttyjuice fails to mention NYC, LA, Miami-Dade, San Jose didn't report any crime statistics and Chicago, Phoenix and Philadelphia among other only partially reported.
