I would like to see Donald Trump start a campaign to drop the USA out of both the UN and Olympics. This country has professional sports. Don't need to get caught up in shadow politics of global sporting events.31st Arrival » 30 Jul 2024, 1:15 pm » wrote: ↑ I lost interest in Olympics in the 1990's so i won't be making a difference this year.

There are conflicting reports. That poll is from before the Olympics. Viewership is up from Tokyo, which happened during covid. I cannot figure out why viewership would be DOWN during a lockdown, but Tokyo was worsh than 2012 and 2016 for some reason.

41.5 million US households purportedly watched the satanic rituals that were the opening of the paris summer olympics. I guess we will find out how many people tuned in - but the conventional economic wisdom is that hosting is a net drain on a country. I hope that goes double for francia.
I don't own a television.
I do enjoy this....Cannonpointer » 30 Jul 2024, 1:49 pm » wrote: ↑ There are conflicting reports. That poll is from before the Olympics. Viewership is up from Tokyo, which happened during covid. I think they suffered by switching from the quadrennial to the biennial format. I personally haven't watched them much since the 80's. Haven't watched any of the current **** and won't be.

Why is the idea of winners and losers so important when genetics eternally separates those evolving here in plain sight since the rotation of their conception by previous ancestry and the global numbers of this species occupying space today?
I loved the old pennant races in the 1960s that would come down to the last weekend of the season between LAD and SFG.Beakman » 30 Jul 2024, 3:02 pm » wrote: ↑ I hate the Dodgers! I am a SF Giants fan!
