Ukraine was a failed state the day that Obama's deep state pulled the coup in 2014. It lost Crimea on the spot, and then embarked on a suicide mission whispered into its ear by the tranny state. It immediately became a canned-hunt for western pedophiles and a place where illegal bio-weapons labs could be operated with no fear of police response. Biden was able to fire a prosecutor who was inconvenient to his son by threatening to withhold funds. If Ukraine had stood its ground, it might or might not have gotten the money - but it would not have slid so far so fast.
