this is what is happening to the oceans. oil and chemicals spreading across the surface of the oceans. stopping cooling evaporation. first you will notice surface temperature rise. weather changing. then!!! no more rain. you are now in the weather change cycle. as oil and chemicals are discharged into the oceans, soon comes no more rain. every day a sunny day. how great that will be.

Crude oil is always spouting into the oceans. Has always done that naturally.
That's how they used to find places to locate off-shore derricks.
