You lied and said they cut funding.  They did NOT cut it. They increased it.  If you had actually been in the Army like you claim, you'd know that the service chiefs ALWAYS ask for more money than they get in the final budget.  During the Biden years, they ALWAYS got MORE than the prior year.  If you weren't such a weasely stolen valor chump, you'd admit you misspoke.

EVERY DoD budget request since the dawn of time has been reduced.  Trump did it as well.  The FACT of the matter is that the appropriations have continued to grow and the DoD gets more money NOW than they did under Trump.  The fact that you don't KNOW that is all the proof I need to know you are a stolen valor coward.
