They should never have taken the case.

There should have never been the cases filed as a political action to remove and makes sure the person as president doesn't get a 2nd term in any way.

Did you ever realize co-operation, collusion, conspiring create the same end results one at a time or all three working with and against one another? Everyone involved with all three end up just evolving at the same time anyway.

No, they INTERPRETED the CONSTITUTION as it was written that a PRESIDENT IS GIVEN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF IMMUNITY THAT COMES WITH THE OFFICE, DICKSUCKER!!

If that changes the "rules" as you claim, which it doesn't, it only CLARIFIED that Bragg presented evidence and witnesses that were IMMUNE and covered under IMMUNITY OF A PRESIDENT!!

BRAGG EVEN ADMITTED AS MUCH IN HIS LETTER TO MERCHAN!! And ANY negative ruling against Trump will wind up in a FEDERAL COURT  on appeal this time as the immunity ruling came from the SCOTUS and they have FULL JURISDICTION OVER ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING IMMUNITY!!

Psssst. ****, any "ruling" that is adverse to Trump is going to be IMMEDIATELY APPEALED to the FEDERAL COURTS and that will EXPOSE the INEPT AND POLITICAL PERSECUTION Bragg committed. ANY evidence that SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED means the TRIAL WAS IMPROPER, PREJUDICAL TO TRUMP, and NO JUDGE can say "it didn't affect the jury" as presented!! ONLY THE JURY CAN SAY and he has NO ABILITY to bring them back, tell them to ignore the evidence and now go give me a verdict.
