The only way to incorporate the F-16s - very, very weakly and badly - into the command structure is for American gay/transgender/questioning pilots to fly them. That brings the U.S. into a hot war with a nuclear peer country. Last I checked, Americans are FAR too cowardly to fight with Russians. We prefer village dwelling camel riders.

Ukraine pilots didn't learn to fly in a different kind of warbird before the f-16? Only thing different is handling characteristics as flight controls pretty much do the same thing in all of them.

They lost a F-16 and the pilot too. F-16's are a good plane but they aren't invincible. Their new long range suicide drone is more of a game changer than the F-16.
Their letting Palantir run combat and logistics which is pretty flawless so far....especially compared to human error...Russia not being a first world country makes the human error even worse
