Intel is facing scrutiny from a U.S. senator over its plans to cut over 15,000 jobs despite receiving billions in government grants and loans to boost chip production.
Mitt Romney: “They’re job creators!!!”

Kudlow: “This is because we didn’t cut taxes enough.”

We have the third largest population as a nation...
You'd think we could pretty much be self-reliant enough to not farm out segments of our manufacturing, food supply, etc. You know, stuff that matters.

I bought a plastic snow slider for kids to go down hills.
On the sticker (probably printed in China) it said: Proudly made in U.S.A. (That matters.)

We are so **** up that we actually take pride in THAT piece of ****?!

BTW
It was $11 in November and in March it was $1.
I got 3 so I could carry firewood. They last about a year. Complete crap.
Please seat yourself.

I like the very things you hate.

It's because there's a supply problem.

The Beast and her prospect just left Samsung because they've delayed the start of the new plant for more than a year with no date in sight.

Biden's policy is aimed at onshoring chip manufacture in the interest of national security. The Beast is now in consulting, for companies looking to put in chip fabs and server farms, and business is good.

Liberals are spoiled children, miserable, unsatisfied, demanding, ill-disciplined, despotic & useless. Liberalism is a philosophy of sniveling brats ~O'Rourke

The Democratic Party seems intransigent on their position of keeping the party ‘woke,’ detached, exclusionary, and totally insane.

Semis have always been cyclical. 2016-2024 made people forget this basic rule.
