Funny if not so sickening.
When I saw McDonald’s $5 “value” (if you can call industrial poisonous food “value”) meal pop up on SlickDeals, I immediately laughed as I didn’t consider that McDonald’s would be in on this little charade.DeezerShoove » 13 Sep 2024, 8:21 pm » wrote: ↑ Buying stupid votes... Wonder what kickback McDonald’s C suite got in exchange…
It doesn’t make sense as they are already worth hundreds of millions of dollars, but I just remembered a post on Unz.com:DeezerShoove » 13 Sep 2024, 9:28 pm » wrote: ↑ They're already making millions. Must be a pretty penny to make it worthwhile.
So yes, it’s logical in this contextAncient Greeks observed that a small segment of humans suffered from philargyria - “silver sickness.” No matter how much silver they had hoarded, it wasn’t enough. Indeed, they would devour the whole world’s supply if given the opportunity.
This is why democracy and freeDUMB are failures.
Left unchecked, these “silver sickness” sociopaths will polarize society until it collapses.

It's funny and pathetic when I go to my favorite local restaurant, sit at the counter (meet strangers that way), and engage in a conversation. Inevitably politics, social ****, money comes up. You know I almost go out of my way to NOT hear about the latest soundbites. I actually try to stay away from that ****.
With this in mind, I am still amazed at how little people are actually aware of in the world. Me. The most willfully uninformed person out there...
How the **** can people know less than me?!![]()

I'm quite certain that McDonald's doesn't need your input when they're deciding on their menu.
Isn't it funny that I've never seen an apple listed on a menu in a diner either, when they offer about a thousand different choices?
Here's a thought. Start your own restaurant and include all the optional health foods you want! I believe you'll quickly learn how much of that "healthy food" fills up your garbage can due to the lack of sales. Maybe you'll actually learn something about business ownership after you've lost your shirt!
Lockdowns started in 2020. shortages started price gouging in 2021. Lumber when out of sight in late 2020 after the lockdowns began. You are doing semantics again. I watch actual time evolving, you are like spending tax revenues on next decade's forecast, not last year's outcome.LowIQTrash » 13 Sep 2024, 7:32 pm » wrote: ↑ - Mickey D’s brings back $5 value menu with an actual full meal instead of just a **** burger and improperly cooked fries by surly workers
