Nothing which, unless an investigation turned up a **** of a lot more, could possibly sustain a conviction.
If a jury convicted on such twaddle, and I were a judge, and would do my duty and reverse their decision. But that presumes such scant evidence could ever make it to an empaneled jury in our system - which would be an error.
