If you are an American citizen, you should be able to read and understand English. To become a naturalized citizen you have to speak english.  Is she expecting illegals to vote?

It's almost like she is trying to get the Mexican vote

I have met many American citizens of all colors that can’t read and many barely understand English.
 

But they are American Citizens. Not an illegal piece of ****.
