NY Times says... A five-judge New York appellate panel questioned both the size and validity of a judgment of more than $450 million against Donald J. Trump at a hearing.
THIS case COULD be TOAST sooner rather than later... but WILL be TOAST eventually ! To get THIS kind of "frosty" response by the appeals court... and with only 1 of 5 judges even showing ANY sympathy for the decision... is PROBABLY a good indication is will be overturned... sooner, or later !!
