Individual responsibility. It’s their fault they didn’t get out of the way. America is a FREE country, do they expect HANDOUTS from the gubmint?

Harris  has to think about her Negro Supporters that want the freedom to loot these flooded out neighborhoods without a bunch of National Guard Troops standing in the way.   !
