If they misunderstand one word outta syllable this can be a "Situation" all together

Afew towns Illinois actually have done this under a State Law let them pass & enforce "Nuisance Laws" to  combat Drug Trafficking & Shootings.

Instead of "Accountabitlity" in many "Juristictions" we are supossed treat "Parasites" like endagered speicies in a Wildlife "Reserve"..
