I doubt many in the crowd can empathize with his plight.....being that they are on the other side of that "transaction".

You really going to go down this stupid trail of what a CEO is responsible for managing outcomes with everything changing forward now? Your key word is preferred and now his discussion is not taxing overtime pay for the working people.

no training...
no learning curve...
