So why don't you take your feeble brain and explain to us how it's a contradiction for an employer to hate paying overtime to an employee, but would still like to see his workers save money by not having to pay income tax on overtime hours they work?

Remember, your initial assertion is that about 9,900 of his estimated 10,000 employees would be eligible for overtime.

@Deezer Shoove  ​​​​@Cannonpointer  . So instead of violating the rules by spamming, I am going to do something else that does not violate any rule, but it is kind of dangerous to do to narcissists. There are two main things that terrify narcissists
1. Being publicly humiliated
2. Introspection. 

As of now, since 2017, I have only publicly demoralized him. It has been fun. I sent him to meltdowns quite a bit. However, I stayed away from forcing him to look in the mirror. That is horrifying to those retards. When a narcissists is forced to see the person they are, they go ape ****. More ape **** than just a meltdown. They surpass the meltdown phase and into a whole different state. Either one of two things happen:
1. They will have an awakening and become better. 
2. They will dive into a deep depression and possibly off themselves. This is why it's dangerous to do this. 

However, since I hate narcissists, I genuinely don't give a ****. Either way, it's a win-win for the board. An awakening means he will be less of a coward and if he offs himself, then the board and society can celebrate.

Sure I do, and using an average annual compensation can be very misleading.  A MUCH better measure is the median annual compensation.
