harris discriminates against poor renters. many will never be able to afford a house payment. why not give them $25,000.00 for rent? equal is right. another harris, and her not thought out, dumb one liners.

it creates a problem.

a manager solves the problem, not the effect. housing is unaffordable for many reasons. vance was right. $25,000.00 does not solve the problem. only creates more problems. face the facts of decaying cities. may are empty ghost towns. but have all the utilities and roads. what a resource. rater than billions of $25,000.00 checks, invest in rebuilding down towns into quality apartments for low income workers and down sizing senior citizens . walk to shop, bank, food services, entertainments, and social affairs. less utility need vs large homes in the suburbs. how great it could be. look to the future need of people. trump loves to build. harris is shallow, unable to think of more than one thing. gets confused with more than one task.

No, but if she becomes president she will try and loosen subprime mortgage laws that were put in place after the subprime Mortgage crisis of 2007-2010.....
and if she does history will repeat itself .......

She is setting up another prime mortgage crisis.....Period.



 

decaying downtown's causing real state values to crash. and rats and trash take over. in the past, people like trump rebuilt these slums. put people to work. real estate values jumped. tax revenue flowed into city services. many projects sold bonds to start the rebuilding of usa. the increased tax revenues serviced the bond dividends and call reserve funds. what is harris plan: give low income workers $25,000.00. so they can buy an unaffordable house in the suburbs.

big cities must get politics out of property management. go to a capitalist system. hire a real estate development firm to manage  downtown city properties. cities must own all the city properties.. YES !. cities should sell bonds and buy up crumbling downtown properties in the city. then long term leases of the property to developers. profits from the leases would fund clean streets, maintained outside of buildings, removal of human trash on the city owned properties, fantastic city parks. attracting millions of tourist from around the world. but: harris will stop all of this. why? short term politicians. looking out for themselves. lies to the people. short term greed rules usa.
 

today in usa: you can own the property, but politicians tell you what you must do. resulting in crumbling usa.

Not only that, but how is it even possible to handle the mortgage payment when rates are currently more than 6% compared to the 2.66% rate that Biden inherited in Jan. 2021, especially now that inflation has added over 33% to the cost of a home?

Besides, Kamaltoe would have no power to distribute that kind of money any more than Biden wasn't allowed to fund the billions he wanted to pay off the loans of deadbeat college students?  The power of the purse RESTS SOLELY WITH THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES!  So it's nothing more than just a new lie that she'll use to dupe ignorant Democrat voters BEFORE the election, only to hit them with the reality that she can't do it AFTER the election, when it doesn't matter to her anymore who she lied to!

harris will change the usa flag. today the usa flag has 50 stars. under harris there will be only one large 6 pointed star. 5 star is the symbol of usa and its military. 6 stars is the symbol of the jew military and those who support jews who kill and steal land. in congress, you see members of congress wearing the jew 6 star button. while members of congress, loyal to its voters, are wearing the usa 5 star button. how many stars do you support?

Not much, maybe $150 smaller mortgage payment. If you are that close to your lending limits, you can't afford the house.

Of course that savings will be eaten up by mortgage insurance.
