The poor, poor lil guy hates being oppressed soooo much.
What does he want in the end?

Fire them all. Start over. It's not hard. Their jobs are neck down dummy jobs that anybody can do. I spent quite a bit of time working construction at the docks. These assholes don't work hard at all. A lot of sitting around playing cards and dominos. Nobody breaks a sweat at the docks. It's a good ole boy network.

The strike won't be near as bad as made out to be. Most shipper have been sending ships to the west coast in anticipation of a strike. Let the asshole starve or better yet lose their jobs. A bunch of fat lazy assholes.
